Lessons Learned
Welcome to the second installment of my Reflecting on the Year series. This week, I am encouraging you to dive deep into the experiences of the past 12 months to find the wisdom you've gained in challenges and the strength you have achieved though endurance. Think of these lessons that you have learned as lamp posts along the path that are illuminating your way forward. My hope is that, while reflecting on the following questions, you can see the value in the lessons this past year has taught you.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- Challenges as Teachers: What challenges did you face this year, and what did they teach you about yourself?
- Pivotal Moments: Identify moments that served as turning points in your year. How did they influence your path?
- New Skills or Habits: Reflect on any new skills or habits you acquired. How have they contributed to your personal or professional development?
- Letting Go: Is there anything you need to let go of from the past year? What is the significance of releasing these things?
- Unexpected Blessings: Consider any unexpected blessings or positive surprises. How did they impact your outlook on life?
I hope that you have an amazing week filled with love, laughter, joy and peace!
Much Love,
~Lady Misty
