What is the first "I Am" statement we ever make?
Thinking back to raising my own babies, the very first statement they make—straight out of the womb—is to scream or cry. Isn't that a powerful "I Am" statement?
In that moment, they are saying, "I Am Here!" or, even more essentially:
I Am.
I believe this is our first "I Am" statement. And it’s why I chose to place it first in my book, 365 Days of I Am Statements.
Before we can claim to be anything, we first have to claim to be.
We are.
We exist.
I Am is a powerful declaration of being. It proclaims your existence, your oneness, your connection to infinite possibilities.
It reminds us that, just as we are today, we are enough.
