Did you move today?

Did you move today?

Do you prioritize movement in the course of your day?

Yup, I'm talking about exercise.

I loathe that word at this point in my life.

To me, it sounds like punishment for what I ate or the number on the scale.

But "movement," that is a much better word for it.

Intentionally moving means doing something that keeps your body limber and feeling good.

Movement can be anything from gentle stretching or yoga, to a full-on heavy lift session at the gym, and everything in between.

It can also be everyday life movements like gardening, washing your car, taking a walk, or playing outside with the dog.

What matters is intentionally moving your body for strength and vitality.

I am a HUGE FAN of the people that I see on TikTok that are moving to better their lives. I love cheering on people like GymGranny who is body building at 70 and Bethany Beard who is powerlifting like a champ! I also cheer on Walking Back To Life who is trying to walk as long as he can each day, show his weight loss journey, and encourage others to start over in life at any stage.

These are people who are taking control of their lives, loving themselves and their bodies, and moving foward no matter what.

I love that!

I support that!

Do you want to start loving your body with movement? Maybe you don't know where to start?

I can help with that!

"New Year, New Love: Month Four" is all about movement for self-love and vitality. It is a four week journey of learning to love your body with movement a little bit each day, as well as focusing on movement for feeling good rather than punishment or weight loss.

If you like to journal daily, get the paperback version.

If you are not a fan of journaling, grab the eBook instead.

Start loving your body with movement today. Your body will thank you for it!

Much Love,

Lady Misty
